My car was serviced quickly and efficiently to replace a lightbulb. The waiting area was clean not crowded and I felt safe having the service completed.

Very helpful and considerate during the COVID19 pandemic. We got exactly the car we wanted at a price we can afford. They brought a car to our house to test drive and came with all the safety precautions we could ask for. Fantastic service. Would highly recommend.

They disallowed video streaming services such as Netflix and block their competitors websites on their Wi-Fi network. There are much better places to have your car serviced, particularly if you are traveling with kids. Germain VW is much more welcoming, for example, and they have free snacks. I asked twice for the express service and was charged for something else on two different occasions. This is equivalent to theft by deception.

During the pandemic when I didn’t want to go to the dealership, I asked if someone could come pick up my car and take in for service. And they did! What wonderful service! I am most grateful to this dealership for going above and beyond.

This was my second time getting a car from Sean at Byers Imports. Last time I leased a Volkswagen, this time I purchased a Subaru. Sean was very accommodating and was willing to work with me how it was best for me. Due to the timing (it was during the COVID-19 pandemic) I wanted to be physically in the dealership for as little time as possible. Sean made it happen. We handled most of the deal through email and text so when I arrived, all I had to do was turn in my old keys, sign a few things and I was off. Sean even followed up several days later to insure I was loving my new Subaru, which I am! I was also highly impressed by the measures this dealership is taking to keep their customers and employees safe during all of this. They had just "fogged" the night before with a antibacterial/ antiviral fog in the entire building. They also had the door open for us when we walked in, provided sanitized pens and gave us gloves to us. We signed on an iPad that only we touched while the Finance Manager worked from a computer. Everyone also kept their distance of at least 6 ft to insure social distancing. All in all, it was a safe, painless experience, we got an awesome car and feel that we also got a great deal. I couldn't recommend them enough!

Service department was excellent. I was there to have some recalls looked at but I wanted some other services added on and they obliged without hesitation. Sometimes on a Saturday- you can get excuses not to take on more work because small crew or shorter hours but they did what I requested.

Byers Imports does a great job of scheduling my service when I want it done. The waiting area is outstanding - very clean and welcoming. I like to get work done while I wait and they have excellent Wifi and nice cubicle-like spaces in which to work. The work is always performed in the minimum time and all the employees are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

The staff’s efforts are the definition of bare minimum. They are the “experts” yet when you bring your car in for an unknown issue they will tell you that’s just the way things are or that they can’t help you if you don’t know what the issue is. They take their grand old time figuring things out and will act very dismissive of you if you don’t fully understand your car and the issues it has, like it’s not their job. While the process of buying my vehicle was very pleasant, the service department alone makes me reluctant to come back to this dealer ever again.
